How does the chiller work

1. During the installation period, please check whether the equipment has been damaged, and select a suitable area for easy installation and future maintenance.

2. The place where the chiller is installed must be wooden floor, installation pad or basic, its flatness is within 6.4mm, and it can bear the net weight of the chiller.

3. The chiller should be placed in the main engine room with an indoor temperature of 4.4-43.3 °C, and there should be sufficient indoor space around and above the chiller to facilitate daily maintenance work.

4. At one end of the chiller, the space in the pumping room for cleaning the cooler discipline should be vacated, and the door leaf or other parts of the suitable hole can also be used.

5. Select the water pipe suitable for the pipe, the chiller to the refrigeration system and cooling water system software when the power is running, and connect it appropriately.

6. For general application places, the water flow speed of the air conditioner evaporator and the cooler is about 1.0-3.6m/s.

7. Under all load conditions, the water output should be maintained for a long time.

8. The design scheme and installation of all refrigerated water and cooling water pipelines should be carried out in a basic way, and the refrigerated water pump should be located on the water inlet of the chiller to ensure the positive pressure and total flow in the chiller. When threading the pipe, the shock absorber pipe should be set to ensure moderate ductility, and also to avoid the water from the air conditioner evaporator being drained when the pump is turned off.

9. The pipeline should have a solid support point separate from the chiller to prevent the release of in-situ stress on the components of the chiller. The bracket should be set to facilitate the alignment of the chiller pipe.

10. In order to better reduce noise and vibration, it is best to install a spring shock absorber on the chiller pipeline.

11. In order to better develop the economy and rationally apply the chiller, Chengdu Meisen Refrigeration proposes to invite authoritative experts in sewage treatment to analyze the power supply water body of the air conditioner evaporator and cooler, the not very good water body will cause fouling and harm heat conduction, or cause erosion and sedimentation, breed organic compounds, endanger the characteristics of the chiller, and improve operation and maintenance costs.
